Hey, Happy Groundhog Day! Is it still winter? Time for spring? We need to know! OK, we don’t need to know. After all it seems lately the seasons have just been mixin’ it up on us anyhow! Pranksters.

Still, like every G-Day we celebrated with our favorite scenes from the Bill Murray flick (w/ co-star cougaryogi Andy Macdowell!) Now we invite you to take on a little repetitive daily practice of your own and join in on  the 28-day Challenge, brought to you by the affirmatively awesome Ms. Sarah Kohl! For the month of February Sarah challenges us all to practice yoga EVERY day. Even a little counts! It’s a short month, even shorter now on Day 2 so get on board! see more at www.sarahsana.wordpress.com and keep in touch with fellow yogadorks throughout the month on twitter: *use hashtag #28in28yoga to post updates and let us know how you’re doing!

And ya know, maybe while you’re at it snap a few pics for the YD and Cora Wen Sirsasana Challenge 2010! (be sure to upload your pics to the YD facebook page (tip: post your pic on the wall). gallery coming soon on yogadork.com! and maybe even prizes! oooh)

Good luck!

Now just for kicks.. since our youtube search for “groundhog yoga” proved fruitless, enjoy this hilarious kitty yoga blooper; today’s dose of laughter yoga. (ps. for the record, above clip is officially a prairie dog – we think! – and is one of the funniest videos ever!)

yoga is a great exercise for them who want to loose weight without using any medication and want to avoid sweating for longer hours in gym.

The cat video is hiarious! I played it over and over and over… the look on her face is awesome.

The cat video is hilarious. My cat loves to get in on the action when I practice at home…I’ve Chaturanga’ed (not a real word) into a faceful of fur many times, and I to find Savasana to be extra challenging when she is grooming my head.
