What in the what? Lay down girl.. you just had your face rearranged! Heidi sure does look different. WARNING: Yoga will NOT increase your bust nor chisel away at your nasal bone and lift your eyebrows up to your hairline. eek!

Turns out mac daddy Spencer Pratt isn’t the only Speidi to get their yoga on. Funny though, we quipped about the Spencster’s sincerity to the practice and somehow we’re finding ourselves digging his commitment and utterly mystified by his wifey, Heidibot (more on that in a moment).

Here’s a list of TEN surgeries Lady Chameleon had on November 20, 2009 – all in 1 day! (via yeeah.com)

  1. Newer, bigger boob job (she’s DDD now, the biggest the doctor would put in)
  2. Butt implants
  3. Liposuction on waist, hips, inner & outer thighs
  4. Fat injections in cheeks and lips
  5. Brow lift
  6. Chin reduction
  7. Another nose job
  8. Ears pinned back
  9. Neck liposuction
  10. Botox (and remember, she’s only 23!)

She admits to struggling with self-esteem issues in the past, but good grief girl! Longing to be a pop diva, Heidi’s new album is aptly, yet oddly, titled ‘Superficial’. Again, what?

Dear Heidi,

Please stop the madness. We worry for your health and the resulting impression you may have on young girls who are uncomfortable in their own skin. Stick with yoga, but for the love of pete please stop mutilating yourself!

sincerely,

yogadorks who care

ps. perhaps you should wait a while for inversions until all your surgeries heal… like a year!

oh man. I suppose yoga helps anyone and everyone who practices, but I do find myself having a hard time with this one.

yeeeow, it’s the requisite yoga cleavage shot! TMZ yoga coverage always seems to involve some T&A…

If only Heidibot had let me know! I’ve got plenty of natural DD cup to share and would’ve gladly given her some of mine (as long as she covered the surgery costs and first class plane fares). ;)

I didn’t even notice her face or boobs… I just noticed that she needs to hug her elbows into the midline and integrate her shoulders when going into Urdhva. Poor thing. How sad is that, though really? I once heard about the link between plastic surgery (specifically breast implants) and depression/suicide: (http://www.webmd.com/mental-health/news/20070810/breast-implant-suicide-link-confirmed). How sad for her if that’s (relatively) where her head is at.

Here’s hoping….

that, regardless of what brings her to yoga (ie, the fad-like following it seems to have in Hollywood), she finds her true and perfect self hiding beneath all of that saline and scar tissue. That she finds perfection in her imperfections (which will, obviously, not be physical in nature) and that she understands and makes peace with the true cause of her obsessions.
