Madonna Pops Into Yoga on Airplane, Bursts Passengers’ Bubbles

Are you one of those brave souls traveling this holiday season? Perhaps by crampy airplane, facing meager “snacks” and potential weather delays stranding you on the tarmac for hours? No worries, just make like Ashtanga devotee Madonna and dance your downward dog through the airplane aisle! But be prepared for a few snarling Scrooges.

Passengers on a recent flight from NY to London were miffed not only by snowy weather delays, but by the audacious Queen Madge popping in and out of yoga poses in the aisles.

“It was bad enough having to wait, but then she started doing her yoga in the aisles. After about an hour, a bus came along and took her and her party of about 15 off the plane. The rest of us all had to wait for another two hours,” said a passenger on the plane.

Annoying celebrity treatment! Despicable! About the yoga, we say if you can’t beat em, join em. More people are doing yoga in airports nowadays to shake out the travel stiffs; gotta get in some plane asana wherever you can. Besides, they’re all lucky the performance wasn’t an acapella encore of  ”You Must Love Me” from her Evita role.

those first class passengers seem awfully uptight…she should try sitting in coach where the people are more laid back…..

On SouthWest Airlines, they would have been cool with Madonna doing Yoga in the Aisles.

On Air Canada or British Airways, they hardly have an aisle anymore, so she could not have done anything like this.

OH! The full story is fantastic! I’m going to do yoga every time a plane is delayed now. All 15 of her entourage got de-boarded 2 hours before everyone else.

The idea of doing yoga at the airport sounds fantastic! Wonder if it would be possible to have airport studios. Could you imagine going to the airport in yoga gear, wearing a sweat shirt and a mat over your shoulder, putting your luggage on the ramp into the plane and then doing yoga? How cool would that be?!

Airport? Sure. Airplane? Seated poses please. That’s just ridiculous.

Madonna is nothing but an exhibitionist, a disgrace to yoga and anything else with which she associates herself.
