Why it is an acceptable “waste of time” to go running or swimming, to play a weekly round of golf, or even to see a movie … but not to do yoga?

Yoga does still strike people as somehow more self-indulgent than other pastimes or hobbies or serious endeavors.

Whatever. We know bettah!

Sounds to me that Tina has what my teacher calls an “inappropriate relationship to time”.

Tina, you’re awesome, but there’s nothing wrong with a little downtime. And in your industry lady, that might be called touching base with reality!

I love Tina Fey.

I’m so glad you keep us up-to-date on these celebrity goings-on, so I don’t have to pore through all those fashion and entertainment magazines any more searching for Yoga references.

I’ve cancelled all my subscriptions.
